FOOD FACTS FROM PUREYOU DIET

ALKALINE WATER: Neutralises acid in our bodies and can treat cancerhealrt problems as well as stomach  upset. Hydrates the body better than normal top water. It also boosts bone health, reduce body weight and treats acidc reflux. Enjoy daily!

ALKALINE pH CLAY: Alkalises the body as well as provides a great ammount of nutrients & minerals to the whole body while cleansing internal organs. Great way to detoxify the body. I suggest to have at least 3 times a year a week when drinking 1 liter of alkaline water daily! to flush out toxins and boost your immune system! ALMONDS: High in magnesium, fiber, vitamin E and healthy fats, almonds are a great add to salads, rice dishes and baking. They lower blood sugar levels, reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels.

FLAX SEED: High content of omega 3 fatty acids as well as a great way to cleanse your colon while detoxing. They improve blood sugar control, as well as heart and digestive health.

FLAX SEED OIL: Reduces cholesterol and blood sugar levels, as well as treats digestive conditions. Flax seed is also high in omega 3 fatty acids that reduces blood pressure, heart disease and brain fogg. Enjoy 1- 2 tbls a day.

GINGER: Ginger can reduce inflammation in the body and help with arthirities, deppression and dementia.

If planting isn’t your thing, ready-potted herbs and plants still provide a soothing atmosphere.

All you need are seeds, good soil, and a few pots. Enrich your soil with compost, like fruit scraps or old eggshells, to ensure your plants thrive. Can’t find soil? Visit a local area with soft, dark soil, clean it, and nourish it with natural materials.
